Do you sometimes have a craving for something sweet that could be cooked quick and easy? I do. Or remember how many times when preparing for the dinner party with your family and friends you were so tired at the end to bake something for the dessert? Oh yeah… So, what’s the solution? I suggest, you always have a certain amount of certain products in reserve in your kitchen and a good proved with times recipe you’ll use over and over again until it becomes your signature dessert. Isn’t it a brilliant idea?
When I first cooked Roasted Bananas with Coconut Jelly I thought it could be one of those recipes I was describing above. Skip coconut jelly part and the whole process of preparing a dessert becomes so incredibly easy and quick, you won’t even manage to finish watching a YouTube video or listening to your favorite song.
The recipe I found is from some old issue of Glamour magazine (Russian edition) and contains sugar although the amount of it is not critical. If you do not use sugar with your food at all, please find any alternative to make a syrup for bananas. And let me know in the comments. I am also curious if there is any possibility to skip sugar.
