Winter Favorite: Warming Cranberry Tea

Now as I am writing this post, it is snowing outside. The whole neighborhood has been covered with white crispy magical snow. And one of the most beautiful things about winter is that you can watch snowflakes slowly and softly dancing in the air and then falling on the ground. And the sight of snow so grabs your attention, you can hardly drag yourself away from the window.

When I was a child, during the evening walk I used to lay on the snowy ground and look at the dark sky full of shining stars trying to notice the falling star and make a wish. Pure magic! And then I used to run back home and drink hot tea with freshly baked buns. That was the most perfect end of the day for me.

Now I would unlikely allow myself freshly baked buns before going to bed. Not a good idea at all if you’re trying to stay slim. But a good cup of tea is still perfect to finish the day. And it’s better if it does not contain caffeine. Perhaps, black and green tea will wait for you in the morning. And now we’ll cook a real vitamin bomb that also plays role of warming tea very well.

I found the recipe of this Warming Cranberry Tea on Polish website smakizycia.pl . The recipe belongs to Magda Gessler, a well-known Polish restaurateur and TV personality and among all the woman that inspires me so much!
