Apples, apples, apples… The apple harvest has been extremely good this year and I often come across the discussion on the internet about what to do with such amount of apples. Jams, apple pies, baked apples, apples sauce, apple compote, apple this, apple that… People’s imagination starts to narrow…. Well, what about apple fermented drinks? Kvass or cider? I am trying to lead to the point of the today’s post about apple kvass.
This recipe of apple kvass is absolutely hilarious. It’s so easy to make and it feels the right choice as if you are tired of all various kinds of lemonades and other cold home-made drinks. The ingredients are also easy to find. I am pretty sure it is good for any season whenever you have craving for some “soft” drink other than bubbly coke, lemonade or even juice/ “slash” simple water. Add some berries/ or maybe slices of lemon and mint leaves to customize your drink or leave it as it is.

So, I guess, we’ve welcomed fall season with its crispy yellow leaves under the feet, hot chocolate, romatic movies, cozy blanket, books, aroma candles and long evenings ahead. I can’t stop saying how quickly time flies. Can you imagine? And in a few months we’ll start anticipating Christmas time already.
Recently I have had a lot of inspiration for the new food shootings. Especially, there are lots recipes for fall on my mind. I still have great desire to finish design of my blog and finally translate it into Russian. Hopefully, we’ll celebrate the birth of a brand new blog at the beginning of the next year.
